Homeowner Tasks — Simple & Streamlined:

The Association does not require homeowners to use pre-approved vendors. Homeowners are welcome to select any qualified professional of their choosing.

That said, pre-approved vendors are offered as a convenience. These vendors have already:

• Provided verified insurance that meets Association requirements
• Demonstrated a positive work history within the community
• Shown consistent compliance with Lofts rules and standards
• Maintained reasonable, market-appropriate pricing
• Received ongoing authorization to access the building

Because their documentation and credentials are already on file, working with a pre-approved vendor typically allows projects to move forward more efficiently and with fewer administrative steps.

For all projects,vendors must be approved prior to being granted building access by Security. Homeowners remain responsible for ensuring that any vendor they engage is fully informed of—and complies with—Association rules and procedures.

Pre-approved vendors are preferred for common-area work due to their familiarity with the building, Loft  rules for working in the building and established approval status; however, their use is entirely optional for homeowners.
