The Association does not require homeowners to use pre-approved vendors. Homeowners are welcome to select any qualified professional of their choosing.

For all projects,vendors must be approved prior to being granted building access by Security. Homeowners remain responsible for ensuring that any vendor they engage is fully informed of—and complies with—Association rules and procedures.
Pre-approved vendors are preferred for common-area work due to their familiarity with the building, Loft rules for working in the building and established approval status; however, their use is entirely optional for homeowners.
